3M Post-it MarkeTHINK Challenge

In conjuncture with 3M Post-it’s 25th anniversary, 3M and MarkeTHINK jointly organized the “Post-it MarkeTHINK challenge”.

The 2 month competition, spanning from 12th August to 17th October, aimed to provide NTU students with the opportunity to manage one of the world’s most successful and innovative brands. In teams of 3, students will take on the role of a Post-it brand manager. They are required to analyze market conditions, propose market strategies and manage the brand like a real business.

The competition was well received by the student population. More than 40 business proposals were received for the qualifying round. Of which, 9 outstanding teams were selected to present their proposal to a panel of judges consisting of 3M top management and NBS professors.

The competition concluded with the 3Marketeers being crowned champion. With that, they walked away with the $1000 top prize, sponsored by 3M.

MarkeTHINK would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to 3M’s management team for their support and sponsorship. We would also like to thank the professors and teaching staff of NBS who spontaneously agreed to be part of our judging team despite their tight schedules. Lastly, we would like to thank the staff from alumni office, undergraduate office as well as all the participants who helped make the competition a successful one.
